PennDOT's Engineering District 2 is responsible for the state-maintained transportation network in this region. This includes 3,731 total road miles and 2,188 total bridges.

We also work with local governments, elected officials, stakeholders and the public on keeping people and goods moving safely and efficiently in this region.

PennDOT to Place Concrete Barriers on Interstate 80 Next Week

Mailbox Adjustments on Route 522 Project Started Today

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) updated residents impacted by a project to improve approximately five miles of Route 522 in Lewistown Borough, Derry, and Decatur townships in Mifflin County that the contractor started work on adjusting mailboxes to meet height requirements today.
