Width Restriction Implemented on Watkins Hill Road in Bradford County

Montoursville, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising motorists in Bradford County the bridge carrying Route 4010 (Watkins Hill Road) over Sugar Creek, one-half mile west of Columbia Cross Roads, has a 20-foot width restriction effective immediately. The bridge previously was restricted to 24-feet.

The restriction is being made based on a recent routine inspection indicating deterioration.
