The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is presently developing plans for Route 3009 (Valley Forge Road) over Blair Gap Run in Juniata Township, Blair County.
The project is a bridge superstructure replacement project, which will include the removal of the existing superstructure and placement of a steel I-beam with concrete deck superstructure. It will also include minor approach paving and guide rail upgrades. A detour will be utilized during the construction of the project.
A Public Meeting regarding the project will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Allegheny Township Building, 3131 Colonial Drive, Duncansville, Pa. 16635.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone having special needs or requiring special aid is asked to contact the PennDOT prior to the meeting.
