Daytime Detours Planned for Greenfield Road at Amtrak Railroad Bridge in E. Lampeter Township, Lancaster County

Work to be performed on RR bridge over Greenfield Road

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a daytime detour will be in place starting next week for Greenfield Road at the Amtrak railroad bridge spanning the road in East Lampeter Township, Lancaster County. The railroad company will be performing work on the bridge.

Weather permitting, this work will begin Monday, September 23, and will continue weekdays for about 13 weeks. The road will be closed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday between Route 340 and Commerce Park East. 

A detour will be in place using Route 340 and Route 30.
