Route 30 Bridge Inspections Planned for Next Week in Lancaster County

​Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that Route 30 bridges in Lancaster County are scheduled to be inspected next week.

Weather permitting, the Route 30 bridges spanning Route 23 (Walnut Street) in E. Lampeter Township will be inspected Monday, September 16, and Tuesday, September 17. There will be alternating right and left lane closures on eastbound Route 23 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, and on westbound Route 23 during the same hours on Tuesday.

The westbound Route 30 off-ramp spanning Route 272 will be inspected on Wednesday, September 18, and Thursday, September 19. There will be alternating right and left lane closures on southbound Route 272 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Wednesday, and on northbound Route 272 during the same hours on Thursday.

Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
