Traffic restrictions from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday, July 1
Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a bridge inspection is scheduled to begin next week on the Route 324 (New Danville Pike) Bridge over the Conestoga River between Lancaster Township in Lancaster County and Pequea Township in Lancaster County.
Weather permitting, there will be daytime lane restrictions on the Route 324 bridge from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Monday, July 1.
Traffic will be restricted in one direction at a time. Work will begin in the southbound direction, (Lancaster Township to Pequea Township) and then move to the northbound (Pequea Township to Lancaster Township) direction. The right lane and shoulder will be closed during this inspection.
Travelers are reminded to be alert for these operations, to obey work zone signs, and to use caution when driving through work zones for their safety, as well as for the safety of the inspection crews.
