Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that railroad crossing work is planned for next week at the Strasburg Railroad Company crossing on Route 741 in Strasburg Township, Lancaster County. The crossing is located just east of Strasburg Borough.
Weather permitting, a contractor will mill and pave the crossing from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday, May 20, through Friday, May 24.
There will be lane closures under flagging while this work is performed.
Motorists should be alert and drive with caution through the work zone.
