Mobile operation will require lane restrictions

Harrisburg, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that a contractor is scheduled to inspect sign structures on several routes in Cumberland County beginning next week.  This work will be performed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday, January 29, through Friday, February 2.  This will be a mobile operation that will require lane restrictions in the areas where the contractor is working.

Weather permitting, the sign structure inspections are scheduled to be performed on northbound and southbound Interstate 81, and eastbound and westbound Route 581 in Cumberland County.

Any work not completed next week will be performed the following week of February 5.
