PennDOT Reopens Two Lanes on I-95 South Following Tractor Trailer Crash Cleanup in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that two right lanes on southbound Interstate 95 have reopened between the Betsy Ross Bridge and the Allegheny Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia, following cleanup from a tractor trailer crash.

This same section of southbound I-95 was closed earlier this morning following a tractor trailer crash. The two left lanes on southbound 95 and the left lane on northbound I-95 between the Betsy Ross Bridge and the Allegheny Avenue interchanges will remain closed until anticipated guiderail repair completion this evening.
