King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pipe replacement will begin tomorrow on Route 32 (River Road) and Thursday on Curly Hill Road in Bucks County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:
- Wednesday, June 26, through Wednesday, July 3, and Monday, July 8, through Wednesday, July 10, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 32 (River Road) will be closed weekdays between Windy Bush Road and Lurgan Road in New Hope Borough and Solebury and Upper Makefield townships. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Lurgan Road, Street Road, and Windy Bush Road.
- Thursday, July 27, through Wednesday, July 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Curly Hill Road will be closed weekdays between Route 611 (Easton Road) and Route 413 (Durham Road) in Plumstead Township. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Route 611 (Easton Road), Stump Road, and Route 413 (Durham Road)
Local access will be maintained. Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
