Dunmore, PA – There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 84 eastbound and westbound in Lackawanna County to set beams for the new Route 435 bridge. This work is scheduled to occur from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Tuesday night, June 18, 2024, and Thursday night, June 20, 2024. Traffic delays are anticipated during these periods. Drivers should consider taking an alternate route if possible. Work is weather dependent.

In high-traffic locations, motorists are encouraged to use both lanes of travel to the merge point and take turns merging into the open lane.
