Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing road improvement work is underway on Route 19 (Marshall Avenue) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County.
Lane restrictions will occur on Marshall Avenue at the intersection with Kennedy Avenue weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday, October 18. Crews from Independent Enterprises, Inc. will conduct roadway restoration work. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
