Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is
announcing inspection activities on the Smithfield Street Bridge (Route 3027)
in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Monday through Friday,
July 29-August 2 weather permitting.
Crews from Gannett
Fleming will conduct the inspection work requiring lane restrictions from 9
a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. The bridge and all ramps will remain open to traffic
during the work.
Motorists should be
prepared for changing traffic patterns. Please use caution when driving through
the area. Work zone safety is everyone’s
responsibility.
