Deputy Secretary for Administration

Corey Pellington

 Corey Pellington was appointed to the position of Deputy Secretary for Administration on February 13, 2023, after serving as a Senior Advisor on the Shapiro-Davis Inaugural Committee.

From 2015 to 2022, he held progressively responsible roles for the Pennsylvania Democratic Party; Deputy Executive Director, Chief Operations Officer, and since June 2022, Executive Director. His leadership experience includes financial and human resource management, and he is focused on maximizing business outcomes.

He first joined the commonwealth in 2015 as an Agency Engagement Advisor with Governor Wolf's Office of Transformation, Innovation, Management, and Efficiency which sought to mobilize government agencies to produce savings, increase productivity, and provide the highest quality services.

Corey has a M.S. Degree from King's College in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Public Health and Executive Leadership, and a B.S Degree in Political Science.
