With thousands of miles of bicycle routes and an increasing focus on improving bicycling safety and access in Pennsylvania, there are lots of places that you can ride your bike. The maps below provide an overview of both the BicyclePA and US Bike Routes and the Bicycle Routes V​iewer can be used to view more detailed information including route descriptions, traffic volume and trail information.

BicyclePA Rou​tes Map

BicyclePA routes cover more than 2,400 miles statewide and were designed by experienced bicyclists to provide those who wish to traverse the state by bicycle with a guide to some of the Commonwealth's highways and rail-trails. ​

U.S. Bike Routes Map

The U.S. Bicycle Route System (USBRS) is a developing national network of bicycle routes connecting urban and rural communities via signed roads and trails. Over 19,000 miles are currently established in 34 states and Washington D.C.​; over 900 of those miles are in Pennsylvania.​
