Route 21 Over Toll Gate Road
Located in the Borough of Waynesburg – This $3.3 million project consists of the replacement of the existing structure carrying Route 21 over Toll Gate Run with a precast concrete box culvert. The contractor is Advanced Builders, Inc., and the project is anticipated to be complete in September 2024.
Project Update
05/15/24 - Project is currently suspended due to utility delay.
04/19/24 - The contractor started the installation of temporary stream diversion and excavation for temporary roadway. All work will be conducted during daylight working hours. Traffic will be controlled by flagging. Please watch for stopped vehicles.
