PennDOT worked alongside our project design consultant, ms Consulting, to complete the required environmental processes needed for a project of this size and type.
On June 15, 2020, the Categorical Exclusion Evaluation (CEE) was approved by the Federal Highway Administration. The Environmental Document was reevaluated in August 2023 and approved.
